Stuffy nose & facial swelling on right side of face late last week. swelling is gone, but nose is still stuffy; got pressure around eyes/nose/forehead; scratchy throat; tired & feel slightly feverish. possible sinus infection?

Those are sx of a viral infection and covid-19 infection needs to be ruled out. Treatment is only supportive with OTC meds, as needed.
