Basics: The nasal passages of young infants are subject to swelling & blockage also with mucus production.None of the OTC cold/cough/congestion products to much for these kids. A good washout of the nose with saline is the best help, as is avoiding any dust/smoke/fumes (especially chest rubs) at that age.
