Enough carbs and Pro: Have enough carbs (65% of your calorie needs) and protein ( 10-20% of your calorie needs)in your diet, take in less fat. ( 10% of calorie needs) you dont want to limit your carbohydrates or your protein intake. Too little carbs leads to protein breakdown and eventual fat breakdown. Add cardiovascular activity at a fat burning pace to continue fat burning.
