Hi, i have severe abdominal and back pain, pain gets worst after a small meal. i went to the hospital a week ago and received meds for a bladder infection after completing the antibiotics the pain has not gone away and seem worst.

Clearly : you need to be rechecked by your doctor, as this is not better. They can check for infection, that did not respond to the antibiotic, also can check for chemical irritation of the bladder called interstitial cystitis.
