Several things!: Adequate exercise facility, albeit bare bones. Resolve to w/o 5 days per week. 30m sessions. Lower rep sets:7/5/3. A diet with slightly less than 1g of protein per pound of body weight. I believe it always good to move your own weight; dip bar, push up handles, chin bar. Sit up board!
