My child eyes are swollen what could it be the problem?

Missing info: This can be as simple as a reaction to airborne pollen/irritants that got into the eyelids or a worrisome bacterial infection that could penetrate the eye. Without a better description or exam it is hard to speculate on the cause. If this bothers the kid I would have it seen.
