Eye drops: Itchy swollen eyes can be a sign of allergic conjunctivitis. This usually responds to an allergy eye drop like over the counter Zaditor. If it does not respond to an antihistamine only eye drop (not ones with" get the red out" decongestants in them, which should be avoided) a doctor or optometrist should examine the eye.
