Diagnosed w/ 1.0 cm adrenal nodule on nov. 3rd. just found out. my pcp says it wont grow to 4 cm or 5 cm fast, even if it was cancerous. is this true? she is sending me to a ultrasound to prove it. she wont even do hormonal testing.

Adrenal nodule: You need to see an Endocrinologist as well as a General Surgeon (or other Surgeon who specializes in Adrenal masses) -- appropriate lab testing and surgery consultation is necessary. You probably do not need immediate biopsy or surgery, but the Surgeon will discuss with you specific criteria and timeline for these interventions.
