Otolaryngologist: I recommend consulting an otolaryngologist for diagnosis and advice. A ligament or calcification of a bone attached to the throat muscles(styloid bone) may be the culprit A ct scan may be advised. Surgery on the bone, if it's a problem, may be advised.
