Yes: 3x 325 mg ~2x 500 mg and that will be the dose to take, not more than about 3 total such doses/ day, for up to 3000 mg or 3 g/day.

Tylenol: Yes - 3 of the 325 mg Tylenol could be taken together instead of 2 500 mg Tylenol.
