Cannot advise using Tylenol for two weeks at 3,000 mg daily, as there is a potential liver toxicity risk, especially if he is taking other medications which affect metabolism. Also, he would be advised to fully avoid alcohol while taking any Tylenol. Best to go to Urgent Care Center and have back X-rayed and get care involved now.
