My kids have small bumps around and behind the ear. what is it and how to treat it. ?

Hard to know: The description is rather limited & could represent anything from an allergic dermatitis to an infection. Without a visual inspection of the site it is hard to speculate about the true origin or proper treatment. If it bothers the kids enough have them evaluated.
