Possibilities: Lots of possibilities on this one, and fortunately most are no problem. If bump is painful or growing rapidly, see your local doc. Most likely a cyst of one type or another, and using local heat to the area may help it go away. Cleanse thoroughly and watch for any redness or further swelling. If the area is very dark or very discolored, see your physician as soon as possible.
