I am 24 weeks pregnant. i was coughing for a few days, and had a runny nose. i have a lot of phlegm in my throat, and noticed that it comes out bloody when i blow my nose. is this a concern?

If not running : a fever, this could a mild viral infection, or allergic reaction. If fever could be more serious sinus infection, if so, talk with your doctor.
