Ive been having very bad abdominal pain for 7 days now. the pain was constant at first but now comes and goes, and it goes through to my lower back. it feels like a burning pain. i had diahhrea and extreme nausea too - could this be appendicitis?

An exam by a primary care doctor can help figure things out. Pain in the right upper abdomen can be due to gallstones. Pain in the right lower abdomen can be appendicitis. Stomach flu, food poisoning, other infections, etc., can also cause pain.
