Abd pain: What you are describing is not typical of appendicitis. This is probably related to your menstrual period. If you get worse be sure to report this to your doctor.

Possibly: Appendicitis is typically characterized by pain, sometimes fever and chills, lack of appetite. What you describe sounds more like pre-menstrual type symptoms. If the pain gets worse, or if you start to have a fever, then definitely go to the er. You might consider taking 600mg Ibuprofen to help with the pain, if it is pre-menstrual, that will likely make you feel better. Good luck!
