Should i be concerned with blood in stool its not actually mixed in but the last two times i've had a bm there's been blood. also its been solid to start off with and at the end its soft/liquid?

Blood in stool: Blood in stool is abnormal and must be explained. If it's bright red blood and scanty, not mixed in the stool, the cause is often non serious like hemorrhoid or fissure. If there's is associated bowel symptoms inflammatory bowel disease is a possibility. Growths in the colon or rectum are also possibilities. If the blood continues consult your physician, proctologist, gastroenterologist or surgeon
