I've been having fevers and really sharp pains in my lower stomach. at one stage my stool was liquid and the next day is was solid but yellow. advice?

Need to be seen : Those symptoms can be seen with and infectious gastrointestinal problem that may need antibiotics. A thorough history which would include timeline of the symptoms as they progressed, a physical exam and some labs and possibly radiology studies can determine if it is an emergent problem that needs immediate intervention or something that can be treated as outpatient.
