You'll be alright: Inhaling food or liquid is called aspiration and in sometimes leads to an infection called aspiration pneumonia but that usually results from inhaling a large amount of vomited stomach acid. Though acidic the combination of vinegar and fruit juice is mild and if conscious you would not have inhaled much. You have a chemical bronchitis (irritation of the airway) which should resolve within hours.
