Ureaplasma: Ureaplasma is a normal bacteria in the urinary tract. At any point in time, at least 50% of healthy people have it. Some strains sometimes cause nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) in men, but no disease in women and most of the time it is harmless. Something other than Ureaplasma is the cause of your symptoms, no matter what they are. Work with an infectious diseases or STD specialist. Good luck.
