Stability shoe: As a rule, a stiffer, thicker soled shoe with a good support is usually best. The less the shoe flexes, the less the foot flexes. Adding an extra arch support can do wonders. I would recommend seeing your foot doctor for an evaluation. The can be other options that can improve your symptoms. Dr l.
