Foot pain : Your foot type, is it a “flat foot “ little arch? This could be from an unstable calcanus- cuboid joint. The diagnosis is made clinically. Cannot see on X-rays. One easy test which seems to hold true is to make a circular motion to both feet and in counter- clockwise and clockwise. Limited range of motion is noted on pathological foot. The high heels supinate the foot, stabilizing the joint.
