Ovarian cyst ?'s: Ovarian cysts are common in women not on oral bcp's, and usually will rupture spontaneously. An ultrasound exam which does not identify internal structure in the cyst or "solid components" will resolve in many cases by itself. If internal structure is present, a biopsy is required (laparoscopic) to make certain the mass is not a concern for future change.
