I have a complex cystic ovarian mass with mural nodularity measuring 4.1 cm. is this suspicious for malignancy?

Possibly: A mural nodule may or may not be a sign of a malignant mass. This complex cyst should be followed with a pelvic ultrasound in 6-10 weeks. If still present or growing, consider a pelvic MRI without and with intravenous contrast. Please see your Gynecologist.
