Could be anything: It could be related, it could be unrelated. It depends on, for instance, if there is associated fullness in the same ear, hearing loss in the same ear, and the dizziness you feel is a violent spinning, which would indicate meniere's disease. More details are needed and you probably need to see a doc for a better, more complete evaluation.

See your doctor : It is best to se a doctor about this to find out what is going on. This could be caused by wax buildup in your ear canal that needs to be cleaned out, or it could be a more serious infection. Get checked.

May be wax clog (cerumen impaction), inner ear inflammation (labyrhinthitis), or more significant problems like meniere's disease or inner ear masses/tumors (acoustic neuroma, cholesteatoma), other.
