TBI: Yes absolutely. Immediately, and likely again later depending on persistence of symptoms. Look up "mild traumatic brain injury" as to what to look for. Concussion is an older term of immediate reference to a concussive force upon the brain, but direct impact to the head is not absolutely necessary for brain injury: the shearing and decelerating forces affect the grey/white matter connections!
