Motor vehicle accide: Depends how long ago you had your accident and what your current symptoms are as well as how you have responded to treatment. Prior to starting any exercise regimen, if your doctor agrees and you feel ready, first see a physical therapist that can best assess your functional status under supervision. A prescriptive exercise program would be the best starting point before you become independent.

Moderation: If you have any of the symptoms of concussion, that is headache, nausea, dizziness, "foggy"thinking, memory problems, blurred vision, sensitivity to light or to sound, you should take it easy. You brain is still recovering. Also it is very important to avoid activities where you might hit your head and suffer another concussion. Multiple concussions in a short period of time are bad for recovery.
