No specific test: All depends on the symptoms. You might need to be seen by ENT physician, since dizziness/vertigo may be related to the inner ear problems related to concussion. Make sure that the current dose of levothyroxine is right, overdose may provoke anxiety.

Neurological exam: A good neurological examination to document and track the symptoms and findings-particularly with the dizziness. This will be useful to follow for improvement which should occur over the next several weeks. Also the examination of the ears (tympanic membranes) to ensure there are no signs of blood or fluid behind the eardrum that can contribute to the symptoms.
