Concussion: If your accident was 7 days ago, you do not still have a concussion. I do not know your symptoms but if you are concerned please see your family doctor. A concussion is a brief alteration in mental status or consciousness without ct evidence of brain injury caused by trauma. If you have had nausea and vomiting or continued alteration of consciousness then you should see someone now.
