Usually none, but: Zithromax (azithromycin), prednisone, or prednisolone can each bother a patient's stomach. Therefore, a patient might feel better if she avoids foods that are too greasy, too sour, or otherwise have bothered her stomach in the past. Eating an oversized meal is probably a bad idea. That said, there aren't any particular foods that block the function of these medications.
