UTI in men: True UTI is uncommon in men. If he has discharge, he likely has urethritis. Either one needs direct medical care; it's impossible to guess the correct treatment without professional evaluation. The UK's NHS genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinics generally are excellent. Good luck.
