Antibiotics: See you doctor to obtain a formal diagnosis. He/she will prescribe an antibiotic regimen for you.

Antibiotics: Most often urinary tract infections are caused by bacteria and, more often than not, require antibiotics. Otcs such as Azo can help relieve your symptoms but it does not treat the infection itself--thus only providing you comfort while waiting to be seen by your doc. Testing for UTI is quite easy/fast in your doc's office, a simple urine dip (may get sent for culture too). Consult doc. Good luck.
