Difene can interact: with Cipro to cause central nervous system (Brain) disorders. It would be better to avoid the combination. Add Acetominophen instead as directed on the bottle if the pain is too bad.

GP checked urine for UTI,no sign of UTI. Also did prostate exam inserting finger via rectum, said was fine. Does that totally exclude Prostatis?
