It's possible but:: Certain vitamin deficiencies can cause tingling, esp. B12 deficiency, though sharp pain all over is less likely. Deficiencies of Vit. D and magnesium can cause pain but usually not sharp. I advise seeing a doctor for evaluation but it would also be reasonable to take a quality multivitamin with minerals.
