About procedures: Medical procedures are both dangerous and safe. It depends on the overall risk-to-benefit ratio. For example if a woman has symmetrically shaped B-cup breasts with normal nipples, she is fine. If she were to get a surgical procedure adding implants to get to D-cup size, one can say there is risk but not benefit. A person should think a long time before putting silicone into his one and only penis.
