A member asked:

Many doctors from internet are saying "penoplasty" is a safe procedure to lengthen penis. is it true? does "penoplasty" work, really???

A doctor has provided 1 answer

About procedures: Medical procedures are both dangerous and safe. It depends on the overall risk-to-benefit ratio. For example, if a woman has symmetrically shaped B-cup breasts with normal nipples, she is fine. If she were to get a surgical procedure adding implants to get to D-cup size, one might say there is risk but not benefit. So, penoplasty can be looked upon as safe for correcting a micropenis.
