When i lay down or drop my head to the side, my left ear will block up and when i stand up, it will immediately unblock. it will sometimes feel as if water is coming out and i will also get a headache a few minutes later.

Best answer: is to have your doctor examine the ear canal, to see if needs cleaning, or if you are having problems with an ear drum perforation/infection.
