I had bells palsy last year in march after almost 6 months the symptoms started to subside but i got hyper lacrimation. now sometimes i get headaches after the watering sometime i feel pain below my right ear and i have to clean it alot everyday?

Bell’s palsy can have a very variable course. Abnormal regeneration of nerves such that lacrimation occurs rather that tearing (crocodile tears) is not typical of Bell’s palsy and should be evaluated with imaging and a neurologist
