Cluster Headache: Cluster headache with autonomic features. The pain of cluster headache is excruciating and it is not unusual for a patient to yell or cry. The headache has a rapid onset, builds to a peak within 10 to 15 minutes, and may last for two to three hours. Need an abortive medication asap. Rec.: see orofacial or headache specialist for definitive diagnosis and management. Good luck.
