Trichomonas ?: Trichomonas is caused almost exclusively in men from vaginal contact with a female who carries the parasite. It is not transmitted by oral sex in general, but may be without symptoms in men, and can be a result of prior sexual contact. Because it may exist in males without symptoms, it is most frequently acquired from a female partner through vaginal intercourse.
