Some: If your partner is HIV positive, you can get the infection with oral sex and transmission is more likely if you have an open sore. While the risk of pregnancy is decreased with oral sex, the risk of STDs persists. Be safe and be sure to know your partner. Dental dams take the place of condoms for oral sex. How this helps.
