Pet scan: I assume you had a chest ct scan first which revealed possible lymph node enlargement. These pet scan findings could be caused by infection like tb, sarcoidosis or could be due to lymphoma. Your ordering physician in collaboration with the radiologist can advise you best about differential diagnosis, other testing or referral to the appropriate specialist.
