Not particularly: Hydrogen peroxide turns into water as oxygen/bubbles are released. Beyond the initial burning as it enters the swallow tube he may be fine. There is some risk that the swallow tube may be injured enough to scar depending on how strong the peroxide was but most home products should not. Monitor his oral intake & if he develops any difficulty swallowing have him seen.

Follow up : Provide no acidic fluids and yogurt, and please see your physician. Depending on the volume and extent of injury, there is a potential for concern.
