I am on day 8 after my wisdom tooth removal. everything has been fine but today the scab came off and now theres a kind of deep hole. no pain, a little sensitive and ive just been keeping it clean and drinking water. should i be worried?

Site unseen, sounds like normal healing. You're treating General Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeons responsible for your post-surgical care and probably gave you written post-surgical instructions. Follow them to the letter. If you have concerns, call him/her.
