Very peculiar!: I suggest that you cease the habit since it must disturb your sleep. Are you sure that you meant 10 am.

Not sure how you do: it? It's important not to be drinking a lot while you're eating, and apparently you might not be doing that at 10P to 10A. Are you working the graveyard shift to accomplish this? Otherwise, if you're thirsty this late at night, and your ADH (vasopressin) serum test was normal, then you don't have diabetes insipidus, and can try sleeping without getting up to drink water until morning. Must change UR habits!
