Definitely: What you're describing definitely sounds like a migraine, which should pass over time. Try some caffeine and some ibuprofen to help with your pain. If this is something recurrent, you should track them in a calendar and discuss with your doctor. Try to avoid any bright/loud stimuli. If things get worse though and your visions is affected or your throw up, see a doctor quick. Hope you feel better!
