i started vomiting acid and have pain in my solar plexus, feels like a rock. could that be because of the vomiting episode? also, it just happened, i have never had these problems before , then these wet burps and acid just started trickling upward. also,

Abdominal pain: If your are having a vomiting with rigid abdomen that could be an emergency situation, Solar plexes is complex of nerve ganglions, I don't know how one can say what part of the nerve complex is irritated at that time, if you have rock like stomach, seek attention immediately.
