Hands: Raynauds phenomenon is s condition which is associated with spasm of your arteries to your hands. The condition is associated with temperature change, but also color change. The condition can be primary, but is often secondary and associated with some type of rheumatic condition. If you have Migraines, you might have a low Magnesium level and that could be one cause that is modifiable.
