Viral infection: Your symptoms are suggestive of viral upper respiratory infection. Sometimes these infections can also cause abdominal pain. Drink enough fluids, take adequate rest and otc remedies for headache etc. If you are not better in 5-7 days then you need to see your pcp.

Not sure: See your doctor, you have a lot going on. It could be a virus or something much more serious, like the flu, mono, strep throat or food poisoning!
