Common: The location is a common site for a big gas bubble to collect & cause such symptoms. I would lay her down with her butt propped up on some pillows to see if you can move the gas bubble to the anus for relief. A heating pad at a low heat level often helps with the discomfort. Should take an hour or so if this is the reason for her pain.
